My goal is to help, guide, and coach MEN to step past old limiting belief patterns that keep us stuck doing what we have always done and being what we have always been. If you are a man between the ages of 35 and 65 years old and are looking for a way out of your old stories and to step into the life you really want to live, I am here for you!

Meditation based on loving kindness. We sit in silence and wish the world around us and ourselves happiness, health, safety, peace and freedom and ease in the world. We silently repeat the following for 5-6 minutes. “May you be safe, may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you know freedom, find peace and walk the world with ease”

This practice alone has helped hundreds of men all over the world take charge of their daily life and push themselves into TRUE happiness and SUCCESS.

Previously, I was invited to Big Sky, Montana in February of 2018 to share my story of transformation at the annual Big Sky TEDx event. You can watch the video below and learn more about my story and the steps I took to transform my life and live in a state of love and gratitude. This was such an amazing experience and probably the most vulnerable position I have ever put myself in. To share our story is a powerful experience and one that I will be forever grateful for! I hope it gives you the motivation to share yours.
